/sheet roll

Roll dice using your stats from your character sheet

As opposed to the /v roll command, this command will utilize the web sheet to construct the dice pool based off of the options you provide. For example instead of specifying a pool of 3 dice you would specify a pool of Strength + Brawl, and the bot will know how many dice that is.

Requires at least one Web Sheet that is connected to the server making the roll.

Options

  • attribute: option - The attribute you are rolling with.

  • skill_physical: option - The skill you are rolling with.

  • skill_social: option - the skill you are rolling with.

  • skill_mental: option - the skill you are rolling with.

  • discipline: option - the discipline you are rolling with. The options for this are obtained from the available disciplines you have on this server. Eg if none of your sheets has Auspex then no auspex option will be available.

  • modifier: number - Adds or removes additional dice.

  • difficulty: number - Sets the difficulty of the roll.

  • blood_surge: true/false - This will automatically rouse the blood and add dice based on blood potency.

  • specialty: word - Adds one dice to the roll and displays the input specialty.

  • rouse: true/false - Rouses the blood during the roll. If failed hunger is added after the roll.

  • hunger: true/false - Tells the bot if hunger should be used for the roll. Default is true.

  • name: option - Sets the sheet for the roll to use. If this is not selected and there is only one sheet on the server it will use that. If there is more then one it will use the default. If no default is set and there is more then one it will give an error.

  • notes: words - A message to be displayed in the roll output.

The name option is only required in certain circumstances. If you only have one sheet on the server you can just ignore it as the bot will know to automatically use that sheet.

The bot also knows the difference between sheets and trackers and will not try and use a tracker for the roll.

If no options are specified then the bot will roll a single dice, with hunger set.

Example

Output

If the roll updates the character sheet a private follow up message will display the adjusted character. In the above example the hunger was increased due to the failed rouse check in the roll.

If the character isn't updated then only the Roll message will display.

Reroll Buttons

If it is possible to reroll you will see the reroll buttons appear on the roll.

Reroll Failures

Pressing this button will automatically reroll up to 3 non hunger dice and update the roll post with the result.

Select Reroll

Pressing this button will bring up a select menu which allows you to manually select any non hunger dice you wish to reroll. This can be useful for rerolling out of a messy critical or trying to achieve a critical.

Willpower

Using either of the willpower options will automatically add one superficial willpower damage to your character sheet as the game rules dictate.
